Lead Software Product Engineer

Lead the technical direction and end-to-end delivery of software products for Walt Disney Imagineering's Research and Development team. You will solve complex problems, build innovative experiences for guests and tools for Imagineers, and mentor other engineers. This role requires strong full-stack development skills and a focus on user needs.

• Own technical direction, architecture, and integration strategy
• Lead end-to-end delivery from estimation to closure
• Build and maintain full-stack feature sets and cloud services
• Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate needs
• Set engineering standards through code reviews and process definition
• Explore and integrate emerging technologies like AI-assisted development
