Software Engineer

Cisco is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join their Engineering Systems team in Bangalore. You will focus on building and improving a modern CI/CD and release automation platform to enhance developer experience and streamline software delivery. This role involves using AI-assisted development tools throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Build a full-stack application for a new CI/CD platform
• Develop backend services in Java and frontend experiences using React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Design relational data models and APIs for pipeline state, releases, and audit metadata
• Deploy and operate platform services in production using Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure
• Optimize platform performance and reliability
• Use AI-assisted development tools across the full Agile SDLC
