Software Engineer

Empower is seeking a Software Engineer with 2-5 years of experience in Java and SQL to develop and support enterprise reporting solutions. You will work on reporting services, data-driven applications, and assist in migrating legacy reports to modern technologies, collaborating with senior team members.

• Develop and maintain enterprise reporting applications and data-processing components
• Test, maintain, and troubleshoot reporting services developed using Core Java
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting
• Assist with migrating legacy reports to modern reporting and analytics technologies
• Collaborate with senior engineers on feature delivery and technical solutions
• Perform source-to-target data analysis and document business rules
