Full Stack Engineer

As a Full Stack Engineer at YPO, you will own the end-to-end development of features for our AI-first platform, from the member-facing experience to the underlying intelligence services. You'll work across a modern tech stack including React, GraphQL, Node.js, and AI models to deliver personalized leadership insights to our global members.

• Own full feature lifecycle: architecture, implementation, deployment, monitoring
• Build responsive React frontends and GraphQL APIs
• Integrate OpenAI and Google Gemini for AI-powered features
• Design and query PostgreSQL schemas and collaborate on data pipelines
• Instrument features, run A/B tests, and use data for iteration
• Contribute to architecture decisions and address performance bottlenecks
