Desktop Software Engineering Manager

AlphaSense is establishing a new Desktop Software Engineering function within Corporate Technology and seeks a manager to lead this initiative. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability of AlphaSense's desktop applications on managed endpoints and managing macOS/Windows devices at scale. You will lead a team of engineers responsible for MDM platforms and automation, acting as a technical liaison between Corporate IT and product engineering.

• Lead a new Desktop Software Engineering function from the ground up
• Ensure reliability of desktop applications on managed endpoints
• Manage macOS and Windows device management at scale
• Lead a team of engineers focused on MDM platforms and automation
• Define team operating model, prioritization, and stakeholder relationships
• Collaborate with Security, Business Applications, and Information Engineering teams
