Manager, Software Engineering

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Software Engineering to lead a service group within their Decision Management Platform for fraud detection. This role involves driving engineering excellence, scaling delivery, and fostering innovation. You will align engineering strategy with business goals, mentor teams, and ensure the successful delivery of complex software solutions for high-volume, low-latency, and highly available systems.

• Define and drive engineering strategy aligned with company objectives
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable software products
• Champion engineering best practices including DevOps, CI/CD, and agile methodologies
• Build, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering teams
• Own the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle
• Partner with Product, Operations, and Business stakeholders
