Software Engineer

WEX is seeking a Software Engineer to join their Benefits Technology team in Bangalore. You will design, build, and test high-quality software solutions for employer benefits administration, collaborating with product managers and customers to address their challenges. The role involves working with modern technologies, test-driven development, and contributing to the continuous improvement of engineering processes.

• Design, test, code, and instrument new solutions for employer benefits
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer challenges
• Utilize TDD, BDD, Microservice, and Vertical Slice Architectures
• Support live applications and drive continuous improvement
• Mentor peers and foster continuous learning
• Proficiency in Angular/React, REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines
