Lead Software Engineer, Full Stack

Lead a team of full-stack developers at Capital One to build and pioneer technology solutions that address complex business and regulatory needs. You will collaborate with product managers to deliver robust cloud-based applications, mentor team members, and stay on top of emerging technologies.

• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers
• Create solutions for regulatory needs using distributed microservices and full stack systems
• Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions
• Utilize languages like JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, Python, and SQL
• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes
• 1+ years of people management experience preferred
