About this role

Thatch is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join their Product Engagement team. You will improve how members and employers experience Thatch by building user-facing features, backend systems, and instrumentation. This role involves working across the stack and collaborating with product and design to impact customer experience.

Own and improve core product flows for onboarding, activation, and enrollment
Build and ship full stack features from backend services to user interfaces
Instrument product surfaces to understand user behavior and drive improvements
Design, test, and iterate on changes to improve conversion
Collaborate closely with product, design, and cross-functional partners
Contribute to systems supporting engagement and lifecycle messaging
