Software Architect

Agero is seeking a Software Architect (Applied AI) to lead technology innovation by architecting and developing new AI-enabled capabilities. This player-coach role focuses on zero-to-one product development, building scalable software solutions, and advising on emerging technologies like applied AI and AI agents. You will collaborate with product and design teams to deliver solutions that address user problems and ensure scalability for future growth.

• Architect, design, and build hands-on solutions for complex software problems, focusing on applied AI
• Lead end-to-end development from research to implementation for new capabilities
• Provide scalable architecture designs for immediate product needs and future growth
• Act as a product-minded partner to ensure technical solutions solve user problems
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design teams
• Mentor junior engineers and remove information silos
