About this role

Afresh is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to join their AI platform team for the grocery industry. This hybrid role involves both deploying AI solutions to enterprise customers and building the platform that enables rapid delivery. You will work directly with customers to integrate AI systems and then translate field learnings into reusable platform tooling.

What we are looking for

Partner with account leads and customer teams to scope and architect AI solutions
Embed with customer data and engineering teams to integrate AI systems
Design and ship LLM- and agent-powered production systems
Harden field-tested solutions into the shared platform
Build evaluation, tracing, and tooling for quality measurement
Own the feedback loop between field learnings and platform improvements
