Senior Manager, Software Engineering (Campaign Creation Experience)

This hands-on leadership role involves managing a team of approximately 8 engineers, focusing on product-minded development, and fostering an AI-accelerated development culture. The position requires a blend of people leadership, technical expertise, and a data-driven approach to optimize fundraising campaign creation for nonprofits.

• Lead and grow a team of ~8 software engineers
• Own engineering delivery for campaign creation tools and Studio builder
• Partner closely with Product and Design on strategy and execution
