Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive innovation and solve complex problems at scale within our Technology Change, Investment and Portfolio Management group. You will lead initiatives, design and develop cutting-edge AI-enabled applications, and contribute to establishing best practices for engineering large-scale technology solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern technologies like React, Python, and AI frameworks, impacting critical business objectives.

• Lead complex software development initiatives and design scalable technology solutions
• Design, code, test, and debug AI-enabled applications using React, TypeScript, and Python
• Build and maintain Python backend services, APIs, and integration layers
• Develop and support agentic workflows and skill-based agents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust AI solutions
• Serve as an escalation point for application support and provide technical guidance
