Senior Software Engineer

JLL is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to develop and deploy generative AI solutions for their Corporate Functions Legal department. You will architect, build, and maintain advanced AI models to automate legal processes, enhance contract review, and improve risk assessment. This role requires strong Python, cloud (AWS/Azure), and Gen AI framework experience, with a focus on integrating AI solutions into enterprise systems.

• Architect, develop, and deploy Gen AI models for legal workflow automation
• Automate contract review, legal risk assessment, and report generation
• Integrate Gen AI solutions with enterprise platforms via APIs
• Apply data science methodologies and machine learning to legal data
• Collaborate with legal stakeholders, data scientists, and IT teams
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in AI/ML/Data Science, with 3+ years in Gen AI
