Senior/Staff Full Stack Engineer, Finance

Fora is seeking a Senior/Staff Full Stack Engineer to join their Finance Pod. This role will focus on building and maintaining complex systems for advisor payments, including commission collection and payouts. You will work across the stack to develop both user-facing features and internal tools, collaborating with Product, Design, and Operations to ensure trust, visibility, and efficiency in financial operations.

• Design, build, and iterate on advisor payment systems
• Develop user-facing experiences and internal tools for reconciliation
• Integrate with payment partners and financial platforms
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Operations teams
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and system reliability
• Work with Python, React, and financial data modeling
