Staff Software Engineer, Developer Platform

Anduril Industries is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join their Developer Platform team. This role focuses on building and optimizing critical infrastructure, including release pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and developer tools, to enhance the productivity of engineering teams building defense systems. You will architect scalable automation solutions and data infrastructure to support Anduril's mission.

• Lead engineering for release systems, developer tooling, and Software Factory
• Optimize release pipelines and development workflows
• Architect scalable AI-powered automation solutions
• Design and implement robust data infrastructure for engineering metrics
• Develop productivity-enhancing tools like the Golang-based dx CLI
• 10+ years of platform engineering experience with CI/CD and infrastructure automation
