What we are looking for

Design, build, and evolve Solutions agents, workflows, services, components, and applications
Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers
Develop and test code in short cycles with a high degree of automation
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers
Identify and address technical debt
Implement security best practices and responsible AI governance
