Lead Software Engineer - Frontend (UI)

Lead the end-to-end delivery of scalable, high-performance full-stack solutions at Mastercard's AI & Decision Product Enablement team. You will architect complex React UIs, design microservices, and drive technical direction, engineering standards, and cross-team execution while mentoring engineers.

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of full stack solutions
• Architect complex React-based UI applications with Java Spring Boot
• Define and drive API contracts and service integrations
• Set technical direction for microservices, CI/CD, observability, and security
• Mentor engineers through design and code reviews
• Own operational excellence across services and UI applications
