Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Generative AI Innovation team, you will lead the development of cutting-edge GenAI features and agents for Litera's market-leading legal tech products. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering leaders, including the CTO, to translate AI capabilities into tangible products and drive company-wide adoption of new development technologies. This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to significantly impact how legal professionals leverage AI for competitive advantage.

• Lead GenAI feature and agent development using tools like Devin and Cursor
• Govern teams of virtual developers to deliver high-quality code
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to define technical designs
• Evaluate and integrate new AI technologies and dev agents
• Evangelize GenAI adoption across the Engineering organization
• Develop secure, best-practice solutions with strong backend and frontend skills
