6- Lead the evolution of Group Benefits Experience assets, a core digital gateway
- Modernize applications using JavaScript, React, Node.js, GraphQL, MongoDB
- Guide the modernization of existing .NET and Java systems
- Shape and evolve end-to-end architecture in partnership with Architecture, Product, and Platform teams
- Drive best practices in testing, CI/CD, and operational excellence
- Collaborate across engineering, quality, and cross-functional teams
