Sr Software Engineer – API Platform & Agentic AI (Python/Typescript)

Workday is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to lead the design and implementation of high-throughput, low-latency APIs and frameworks for their next-generation products and AI agents. This role involves shaping API design, driving performance and observability, and mentoring other engineers. You will collaborate with product managers and partner teams to define API contracts, optimize for scalability, and ensure robust observability.
