• Develop and deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers on requirements and strategies
• Promote code quality and knowledge sharing through code reviews
• Adhere to secure coding practices and implement effective unit testing
• Utilize Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka for enterprise application development
• Experience with MongoDB, IAM, and Docker is desirable
