Software Engineer

Genesys is seeking a Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain cloud-native backend services for a globally distributed messaging platform. You will work with experienced engineers and product managers to develop secure, scalable, and reliable microservices, contributing to features throughout the software development lifecycle and ensuring platform quality and operational excellence.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable microservices for real-time messaging
• Deliver features from technical design through production support
• Contribute to service reliability and performance with logging and monitoring
• Participate in the design and evolution of cloud-native services
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices
