About this role

As a Senior Software Engineer on our backend team, you will build and evolve the software that powers clinical care delivery, including patient scheduling, care coordination, and clinical records. You will own complex workstreams, drive technical decisions, and mentor engineers, ensuring the reliability and maintainability of systems that have direct clinical consequences.

What we are looking for

Design and implement robust backend systems and LLM-based prompts
Automate workflows by partnering with product and business stakeholders
Own end-to-end domain or service areas, including data models and integrations
Lead code reviews, set technical standards, and mentor junior engineers
Ensure production health, test coverage, and observability of owned services
Experience with cloud-native deployment (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
