Manage and grow a team focused on security-critical identity and access systems
Own the architecture and roadmap for SSO, SAML, OIDC federation, and SCIM provisioning
Ensure multi-tenant account structures and authorization layers across multi-cloud infrastructure
Drive adoption of AI tooling within the engineering team for code review, testing, and development
Partner with Security, Infrastructure, Product, and Customer Success on compliance and tenant isolation
Ship secure, reliable software with operational excellence
