Lead Software Engineer

Lead Software Engineer to design and build AI-driven systems for Disney's streaming ecosystem, enhancing reliability and performance. You will develop agentic systems and machine learning models to automate issue detection and root cause analysis across Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN platforms.

• Design and implement AI-driven distributed systems for streaming ecosystem reliability
• Develop agentic AI systems using foundation models for automated reasoning
• Create end-to-end data pipelines for telemetry, logs, and user signals
• Embed intelligence into operational workflows to improve system resilience
• Drive innovation in observability and developer productivity through applied AI
• Mentor junior engineers and define engineering standards and best practices
