What we are looking for

Develop and coach team members on applications within SDLC processes
Review and approve pull requests, designs, and proposals
Author clean, efficient, and secure source code in multiple programming languages
Oversee source control management and code merging into production
Drive adherence to patterns for performance, resiliency, and optimization
Partner with other groups to suggest process improvements and contribute technical requirements
