Lead Software Engineer

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join their Enterprise Function Technology team. This role involves leading complex technology initiatives, designing and implementing large-scale software solutions, and mentoring technical teams. The position requires a strong background in full-stack development with expertise in Java, Spring, React, and Python.

• Lead complex technology initiatives and companywide best practices
• Design, code, test, debug, and document large-scale technology solutions
• Review and analyze complex technology solutions for strategic business objectives
• Collaborate with technical experts and industry groups to resolve complex issues
• Lead projects and serve as a peer mentor
• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience with Java/Spring, React, and Python
