Lead Software Engineer (Conference Navigator)

Gartner is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to provide technical leadership for the US-based Support & Operations team within Conference Technology. This hands-on role focuses on ensuring the stability, reliability, and continuous improvement of the platform supporting Gartner's global conferences, involving technical design, incident resolution, and mentorship.

• Serve as technical lead for Support & Operations, owning technical design decisions
• Define and enforce technical standards, best practices, and coding guidelines
• Lead analysis of production incidents and drive permanent, scalable solutions
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to engineers
• Partner with Product Managers and global engineering teams to translate needs into technical work
• Ensure solutions are delivered with a strong focus on quality, security, and observability
