Senior Software Engineer, Avatar Animation

Roblox is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Avatar Animation team. You will leverage the Roblox game engine to build groundbreaking animation experiences, improve animation technology, tools, and pipelines for developers, and collaborate with gameplay engineers. The role requires a passion for animation, world-class user experiences, and strong C++ skills.

• Develop experiences that push animation quality boundaries
• Analyze and improve animation tech, tools, and pipelines
• Author documentation for character animation tech
• Collaborate with gameplay engineers on animation interactions
• Implement innovative animation solutions
• 8+ years of experience in character animation, game engines, and tools
