About this role

Finastra is seeking a mid-level Java engineer with 2-5 years of experience to design, build, and operate scalable, secure, and high-performance financial services software. You will work with microservices, develop APIs, ensure code quality through automated testing and CI/CD, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

What we are looking for

Design and develop Java microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud
Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with internal/external systems
Write comprehensive unit, integration, and contract tests
Optimize services for reliability, scalability, and performance
Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Security teams in an Agile environment
Mentor junior engineers on best practices
