Staff Software Engineer, Fan Engagement

Genius Sports is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to develop and own systems and applications for their Advertising and Fan Engagement products. This role involves end-to-end feature implementation, technical leadership, architectural decision-making, and mentoring engineers within an office-first, hybrid environment.

• Design and develop systems for real-time advertising and fan engagement products
• Own and implement features end-to-end across the full stack
• Lead technical discussions and drive architectural decisions
• Design and maintain foundational platform infrastructure
• Improve testing and release strategies for complex systems
• Mentor and provide leadership to the engineering community
