You will translate product and regulatory needs into technical plans, drive execution across critical systems like payments and funding, and ensure the platform is scalable, reliable, and audit-ready. • Lead and grow engineering teams for the Upstart Bank platform
• Drive execution across bank-critical systems (ledgering, payments, reporting)
• Partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Finance, and Operations
• Contribute to technical direction and architecture for reliability and security
• Build engineering processes for regulated environments
