Design, develop, maintain, and modernize enterprise applications using COBOL, PL/I, JCL, DB2, IMS, and z/OS
Analyze requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical designs
Perform coding, unit testing, debugging, code reviews, deployment, and production support
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery
Collaborate with architects and project teams to ensure quality and security requirements are met
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to less-experienced team members
