Lead Developer Platforms Software Engineer

Boeing is seeking a Lead Developer Platforms Software Engineer to join an Air Dominance program in Berkeley, MO. This role focuses on integrating software products into a DevSecOps framework, streamlining engineering tools, and leading a team to ensure successful software delivery. You will be responsible for the CI/CD pipeline architecture, platform direction, and technical roadmap.

• Serve as technical authority and hands-on lead for CI/CD infrastructure team
• Own end-to-end CI/CD pipeline architecture and strategy
• Lead technical direction, conduct architecture reviews, and mentor engineers
• Reduce pipeline friction and improve build performance
• Own and maintain the Developer Platforms technical roadmap
• Partner with engineers to meet technical and program requirements
