Field Engineer III

Baker Hughes is seeking a Field Engineer to lead and supervise geophysical logging and production perforation operations. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing wireline operations, ensuring high standards of safety, service quality, and operational excellence in onshore and offshore environments. You will lead operational teams, manage equipment, acquire quality data, and ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.

• Lead and coordinate field operations personnel
• Plan and execute Open Hole Logging, Cased Hole Logging, and Perforating Services
• Ensure correct selection, assembly, testing, and operation of logging tools and perforation systems
• Analyze well conditions and validate work programs
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality policies
• Provide technical support for operational and tool failures
