Senior Frontend Engineer, Voice Communication

Roblox is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join the Voice Communication team. You will architect and build the client experience for real-time voice communication used by millions of users daily. This role involves leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and empowering creators with voice APIs, while ensuring safety and scalability.

• Architect a scalable voice client foundation as a company-wide platform
• Shape the client experience for real-time communication
• Develop APIs for creators to build immersive voice experiences
• Mentor and grow engineers, and shape frontend practices
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with product and design
• Take end-to-end ownership of projects from planning to launch
