Vanguard is seeking two Engineering Managers to lead full-stack agile teams focused on scaling their Personal Advisor Select offer. These roles involve people management, technical leadership, and influencing the direction of modern technologies to enhance advisor productivity and client experience within Wealth Management.

Partner with product, design, and stakeholders

Manage software releases and operational plans
Minimum 8 years experience, 5 in project management
