Empower is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build and support secure, scalable, and performant user-facing applications and backend services. You will contribute across the full technology stack, working in a collaborative Agile environment to deliver solutions that meet business requirements and align with strategic architecture.

Develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot
Ensure applications are performant, secure, and scalable
