About this role

JLL is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join their MarTech Engineering Team. You will be embedded within the marketing organization to build and deploy AI agents that solve real-world campaign, content, and performance challenges. This role involves the full lifecycle from prototyping to production, working closely with marketing experts to integrate systems and ensure agents operate reliably at scale.
