About this role

Lead a team of engineers to integrate Scale AI's advanced AI capabilities with enterprise clients. You will act as a technical bridge, understanding customer challenges, architecting AI solutions, and ensuring successful deployment and adoption of AI systems in production environments.

What we are looking for

Partner with enterprise customers to understand technical infrastructure and business requirements
Design and implement custom integrations between Scale AI's platform and customer data environments
Develop production-grade AI agents tailored to customer use cases
Architect multi-agent systems and implement evaluation frameworks
Serve as the Engineering Manager and technical point of contact for strategic enterprise accounts
Debug complex technical issues across the entire stack
