Lead Software Engineer

Lead the design and delivery of complex, production-grade AI systems, including LLM-based applications and retrieval pipelines. You will own technical direction for major components, drive engineering best practices, and ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with enterprise standards in a regulated environment.
