About this role

NexHealth is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to build and scale the infrastructure layer for modern healthcare. You will work on challenging problems related to data lakes, DevOps, and EHR integrations, driving improvements for exponential customer growth. This role requires deep experience in backend systems, cloud-native services, and a vision for great software engineering.

What we are looking for

Scale data processing and storage layer from terabytes to petabytes
Build and maintain bidirectional, real-time integrations with dozens of EHRs
Drive improvements to core systems for 100x growth
Own cross-functional projects end to end
Partner with engineering leaders and product managers on ambitious goals
8+ years of experience in scalable back-end systems and platforms
