What we are looking for

Lead design, development, and deployment of backend AWS cloud solutions using Node.js and TypeScript
Partner with business and technical teams to translate data insights into technical decisions
Lead the resolution of production issues, driving troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Guide functional testing and validate data accuracy, system behavior, and process integrity
Mentor and coach junior engineers, providing technical direction and upholding engineering standards
Influence technical direction and adoption of engineering practices across teams
