About this role

Join LaunchDarkly's AgentControl team as a Full Stack Engineer to build critical systems for AI evaluations and customer-facing web applications. You will work with Go, Python, and TypeScript to develop scalable backend services and distributed systems that manage the software development lifecycle for AI agents.

What we are looking for

Build and maintain scalable backend services, distributed systems, and APIs
Work with Go, Python, TypeScript, AWS, CockroachDB, Datadog, DeepEval, and FastAPI
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams
Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of systems
Participate in architecture and design discussions
Take ownership of code in production and participate in on-call rotations
