About this role

Como is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own product features from concept to production. You will design and develop across mobile (React Native) and backend services, manage data and cloud infrastructure, and ensure reliable operation. This role involves end-to-end ownership, problem-solving, and mentoring junior engineers.

What we are looking for

Design and develop full-stack features using React Native and Node.js/.NET
Build and operate scalable cloud-based services on AWS, Azure, or GCP
Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and design APIs/integrations
Experience with asynchronous processing, CI/CD, and monitoring
Take features from idea to production, including testing and troubleshooting
Guide and mentor other developers
