Software Engineer I (Onsite)

RTX is seeking an entry-level Software Engineer to join their Controls & Diagnostics Systems team in Jupiter, Florida. This role involves decomposing requirements, prototyping, testing, and developing model-based control systems within an Agile framework. The position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

• Decompose system level and customer interface requirements
• Conduct iterative prototyping and testing
• Perform verification within the Agile Framework
• Develop model based control systems
• Participate in Agile ceremonies
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM major
