- Architect and implement a modern Assessment platform using TypeScript, React, React Native, Flutter, and GraphQL
- Establish and champion best-in-class engineering practices for modular, scalable, and resilient systems
- Lead technical design discussions, perform code reviews, and provide hands-on guidance
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevSecOps practices
- Own the technical vision and architecture of the Assessment platform
- Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of learning and quality
