Anaplan, Sales Ops, Lead Software Systems Engineer

Cadence is seeking a Lead Software Systems Engineer to develop and improve systems for the Bookings to Commissions flow, including territory and account planning, quota distribution, and reporting. This role involves designing and implementing development environments, source code control, and regression testing for key sales operations systems. You will build robust data pipelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

• Develop and improve systems for Bookings to Commissions flow
• Manage Account Master, M&A, and Global Split Systems
• Oversee Territory Planning and Quota Distribution
• Handle Quota Credit Reporting and Analysis
• Design and implement development/test/production environments
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines with quality-assurance checks
