Software Engineer, Agent Harnessing

Scout AI is seeking a Software Engineer to build the core architecture for AI agents controlling physical systems. You will develop agent orchestration, tool integration, and low-latency communication layers for their robotic foundation model, Fury. This role involves integrating software with hardware, building simulation environments, and fine-tuning AI models.

• Design and advance the agent harness architecture
• Integrate fullstack software with physical hardware and AI agents
• Build simulation environments and game-like frameworks
• Own connectors between AI models and real-world systems
• Fine-tune frontier AI models and build data acquisition pipelines
• Collaborate with warfighters to deliver production-ready systems
